Pricing questions
- What counts as a screened resume?
- One resume parsed and scored against one job. Re-scoring the same candidate for a different role counts again, because the match is calculated fresh against that job description.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- Screening pauses for the rest of the billing month and we tell you which limit you reached. Nothing is deleted, and everything already in your workspace stays available. Upgrading restores screening immediately.
- Do unused resumes roll over?
- No. Limits reset at the start of each billing month.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you have already paid for.
- Is there a contract?
- Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel whenever you like. Enterprise agreements are the exception and are set by contract.
- Do candidates need an account?
- No. Candidates open interview and assessment links directly, and your clients open shortlist links without signing in.
