Terms of service

Agreement

By creating an account or using HireNema, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

HireNema provides AI-assisted resume screening, assessments, voice interviews, and client shortlisting for staffing agencies. We may change or improve features over time. If we remove something material, we will give account owners reasonable notice.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping credentials secure.
• You are responsible for what the people in your workspace do with the service.
• Workspace owners control billing, team access, and data deletion.

Your data and responsibilities

You keep ownership of the data you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload candidate data, for telling candidates how their data will be used, and for complying with employment and anti-discrimination law where you operate.

AI output

Scores, rankings, assessment results, and interview debriefs are decision support, not decisions. The service does not reject candidates automatically. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it and for the hiring decisions you make. We do not warrant that output is free from error or bias.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload data you have no right to process.
• Do not use the service to unlawfully discriminate against candidates.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service.
• Do not use the service to generate misleading representations of a candidate.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices exclude taxes unless stated.
• Limits reset each billing month and unused volume does not roll over.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
• You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on standard plans. Enterprise agreements may include a specific service level.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, puts the service or other customers at risk, or has unpaid fees. Where practical we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. On termination your access ends and your data is handled as described in our privacy policy. Export anything you need before closing the account.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Material changes will be notified to account owners by email, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
